At Maslan Wines, we are committed to delivering your wine safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and return guidelines.

By placing an order on maslanwines.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

a) Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States and only to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted.

  • Due to alcohol regulations, we do not ship to certain states. Please check the available states at checkout or contact us for more information.

b) Age Requirement

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol from our website.

  • An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. The carrier will not leave the package without an eligible adult signing for it.

c) Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

  • We only ship via UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

  • Standard delivery times vary by location but generally range from 7 to 10 business days after processing.

d) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

e) Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the carrier attempts delivery and no eligible adult (21+) is available to sign, the package may be returned to us or held at a local carrier facility.

  • If the package is returned due to a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

a) All Sales Are Final

  • Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on wine purchases, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

b) Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maslanwines@gmail.com with the photos and your order details.

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

c) Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong product or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will correct the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

d) Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed for shipping.

  • If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
