Tasting Notes

This Chardonnay from Russian River Valley is a delight. The vineyard benefits from morning fog and warm days which contributes to aromatic complexity while maintaining acidity.

The wine presents a pale straw hue. You will enjoy hazelnut and honeysuckle aromas characteristic of Chardonnay while also getting other white flowers like jasmine as well as fresh yellow peach. On the palate it is delicate with medium body, vibrant acidity and a touch of minerality that will make you want to go back for another glass.

Winemaking & Sustainability

Respect for nature is at the heart of our philosophy. The vineyard is farmed organically, and we follow the lunar calendar to guide every stage of the winemaking process. We embrace a minimal intervention approach, allowing the wine to express itself naturally while preserving its authenticity and balance.

The wine is 100% aged in second-use French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity, while maintaining its freshness and vibrant fruit character. To further reduce our environmental footprint, we use a lightweight bottle, ensuring sustainability from vineyard to table. Every decision we make reflects our commitment to producing wines that are not only expressive and pure but also respectful of nature for future generations.
