Origin & climate : Individual vineyard with an unique microclimate in Alexander Valley (Sonoma County), with gravels, loam and clay along Mayacamas Mountain. Tasting Notes

The Grenache Blanc from Alexander Valley expresses this Mediterranean grape variety beautifully, thanks to the unique climatic conditions. The volcanic soils, rich in minerals, combined with the cooling breezes that sweep through the valley at night, promote slow ripening and remarkable acidity retention, and a distinctive freshness to the wine.

The wine reveals a complex bouquet of fresh white fruits (pear, crisp apple) and yellow fruits (white peach, apricot), complemented by delicate notes of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) that add depth and elegance. These floral aromas blend harmoniously with hints of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), highlighting the wine's freshness and vibrancy.

Winemaking & sustainably

Respect for nature is at the heart of our philosophy. We carefully select grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards and follow biodynamic principles, using the lunar calendar to guide our winemaking process. Our approach is intentionally minimalist, intervening only when necessary to preserve the wine’s authenticity and balance.

The wine is partly aged in second-use French oak barrels (60%), adding a subtle touch of wood and complexity, while the rest is aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and fruity aromas. This wine embodies the perfect balance of freshness, fruitiness, and complexity, a true reflection of its exceptional terroir in California. To further reduce our environmental footprint, we use an ultra-lightweight bottle, minimizing carbon emissions while ensuring the integrity of our wines. Every decision we make reflects our deep commitment to crafting wines that are not only expressive and pure but also sustainable for future generations.

Wine pairing

It pairs wonderfully with grilled sea-food, goat cheese salad, asparagus risotto, or even with fruit-based desserts, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.
